Care Corner INSIGHT provides counselling-focused interventions. Should you require a diagnosis or medication, you can approach the nearest polyclinic for a referral to relevant restructured hospitals to see a psychiatrist at a subsidised rate.

You can also see your General Practitioner for medication to help with some of the symptoms.

You can contact us to explore possible options regarding how to move forward.

You can also share our Instagram or TikTok handles (@insightccs) with your child. Our social media handles have mental health and wellbeing related information, tools and resources as well as links to seek help when he/she feels ready.

We encourage you to be open and curious about your child’s concerns and reasons for not wanting to seek help.

Focus on understanding where he/she is coming from, rather than trying to force him/her to do something he/she may not be quite ready for.
