The following are some signs to keep a lookout for when monitoring one's mental health and wellbeing:
- Sleeping more or less than usual
- Eating more or less than usual
- Loss of motivation or interest and/or lower energy levels
- Difficulty concentrating or remembering things
- Significant changes in mood (e.g. feeling unusually sad/worried, easily irritated/angry for no reason) and behaviour (e.g. social withdrawal, lashing out more, engaging in risky behaviours)
