About Us

Care Corner INSIGHT is the mental health department within the Mental Health and Counselling Services of Care Corner Singapore.

Our mission is to promote and enhance mental health and wellbeing through the broadening of perspectives, the facilitating of connections to self and others, and increasing growth potential.

We aim to provide holistic mental health care to young persons aged 13 to 25 and their caregivers in the community through the following services:

• Outreach and education to increase mental health awareness and literacy to reduce stigma, and encourage help-seeking which is crucial for early care and recovery
• Screening and assessment to promote the recognition of early signs and symptoms of mental health conditions
• Counselling-focused interventions for young persons
• Active collaborations, care coordination and service linkages with community and healthcare partners
